Each week, children will explore yoga through playful poses, simple breathwork, mindful games,

storytelling, and hands-on activities designed to spark imagination and build confidence.

Classes are thoughtfully structured to help kids move their bodies, calm their minds, and

express themselves in a supportive, joyful environment.
