Join us for a deeply healing breathwork experience designed to release physical stress, stagnant energy, and trauma held within the body. Using Conscious Connected Breathwork, this journey will safely guide you into a deeper release of physical, emotional and energetic tension to move into a state of deeper peace and harmony. Our experienced facilitators, Caelan and Alana, provide empathetic support to ensure a safe, transformative experience. We close with an integration sharing circle to help everyone feel connected and grounded.
