Wednesday December 20th 730-9pm Join in this evening of welcoming the winter with intention setting for the new season, welcoming the light back with candle light, breath work, meditation , and movement.  This is a NON HEATED session, dress comfortably to move. You can bring your own meditation cushion, or use our bolsters, no yoga experience necessary.   Ginger treats will be served, please advise of any allergies before you begin the session.
